Payments via PIX or bank transfer (TED): Refunds will be issued to the same account used for payment, within 3 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Payments via credit card: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days and may appear only on the next billing statement, depending on the card issuer.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
Don’t worry — you are entitled to a right of withdrawal and may cancel your purchase within 7 days after payment and receive a 100% refund, provided the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service.
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase, you may request a full refund (100%) within 7 calendar days after the purchase or receipt of the service.
This right applies to purchases made outside of a physical store, such as through WhatsApp, website, social media, or phone.
After this 7-day period, cancellations will follow the terms and conditions below:
Cancellations Before the Service Date
More than 30 days in advance:
→ 100% refund of the amount paid.
Between 8 and 30 days in advance:
→ 50% refund of the amount paid.
Between 72 hours and 7 days in advance:
→ 20% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 72 hours in advance:
→ No refund, as operational costs have already been incurred and the spot cannot be reassigned in time.
Partial Payment (Reservation Deposit)
If you made only a partial payment (deposit) to secure your reservation, the full payment for the service must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the tour, activity, or service.
If full payment is not completed by this deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit amount will not be refunded, even if you still wish to attend or use the service.

AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF IMAGE AND PERSONAL DATA
By contracting the services of the PROVIDER, the CLIENT freely, knowingly, and unequivocally authorizes the use of their image, name, and voice by the PROVIDER for the purpose of publicity, promotion, and presentation of the services provided.
This authorization allows the CLIENT’s image, captured during the execution of the contracted services, to be used on social media, websites, portfolios, promotional materials, and other communication channels used by the PROVIDER to promote their work and attract new clients.
The CLIENT declares to be aware that:
This authorization is valid for two (2) years from the date of signature of this contract;
The authorization is valid throughout the national territory and also for use abroad, including in digital environments accessible worldwide;
No payment shall be due to the CLIENT for the use of their image during the authorized period.
The CLIENT may, at any time, revoke this authorization through a simple written request. The PROVIDER undertakes to cease the use of the image in new materials and, when technically feasible, to remove already published content within a reasonable time frame.
The PROVIDER undertakes to use the CLIENT’s image ethically and responsibly, without offensive, derogatory, or harmful edits, always respecting their honor, privacy, and dignity, all in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD).
